It’s not long now until our first event of the year – MCM Birmingham Comic Con at the NEC on 22-23 March 2014.
Here’s a floorplan so you can come and find us, stock up on colourful t-shirts (including our new designs!), say hello and get your prints signed by Amy.
This time the show’s all in one hall together, with less of a divide between the Memorabilia section and the Expo / Comic Con. So there’ll be all the usual comic con nerdery including manga, anime, cosplay, video games, film previews, Japanese sweets and kawaii stuff, as well as a ton of stalls selling cult collectables and merchandise on the Memorabilia side. At Memorabilia shows there are a LOT of special guests doing signings and photos (check them out here).
On the Cakes with Faces stall we’ll have our brand new Dinosaur and Great Iced Shark t-shirts, as well as our colourful art prints, charms, hairclips, button badges and maybe another surprise as well… (we think you’ll really like this one).
We’ll be in the middle, on the right-hand side as you go in. We’ll be next to a pillar, if that helps you find us!
The show’s opening times are 11am-5pm each day, or earlier if you buy a ticket in advance (which costs more but you’re allowed in from 9am). All the details are on the MCM Comic Con website. See you there in Birmingham!
