Shop Delivery, Returns and Payment

Sizes

Please check the chest sizes in the product information before ordering, to make sure you pick the right size.

If you order the wrong size, we can send you a replacement if the correct size is available, but you will need to pay the postage costs. Please contact info@cakeswithfaces.co.uk for details.

 

Payment

Payment is handled by Paypal. You can pay using your credit or debit card or your Paypal balance. It’s completely secure and Cakes with Faces has no access to your card details.

 

Delivery

Delivery within the UK: There’s a one-off delivery charge for your order. This is calculated automatically at checkout. To check how much delivery will be, add the items to your basket, go to checkout, select your country and click “Calculate”.

  • Special rate for small orders: £1 eg badges, A4 prints
  • Standard: £2 eg t-shirts, baby vests, sushi comics
  • Larger orders: £4 eg 6 or more t-shirts, multiple items that need packaging separately

Delivery to the UK is by Royal Mail First Class. Your items will usually be despatched within 1-2 working days. If you need them by specific date, please contact info@cakeswithfaces.co.uk and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

Worldwide delivery: In addition to the UK rate there is an additional charge of £1 per item for worldwide delivery. For chopping boards there’s an additional charge of £5, because they’re heavy and made of glass.

Worldwide delivery is by Airmail. It’s exciting to send our items to other countries around the world, so we ship to all countries worldwide, but we cannot be responsible for any customs charges.

 

Product Damage

We hope you’re happy with everything you order from Cakes with Faces.

We pack your items carefully to keep them safe during delivery, and cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to them after posting.

Wash your t-shirts at low temperature and don’t iron the print. A great way to keep your t-shirts looking their best is to wash them inside out.

If there’s a problem with your item, please contact info@cakeswithfaces.co.uk as soon as possible, with details. If the damage is our fault, we will send you a replacement. We cannot replace t-shirts if the damage is caused by wear and tear or washing incorrectly. To qualify for a replacement you must contact us within two weeks of purchase.
