Please check the chest sizes in the product information before ordering, to make sure you pick the right size.
If you order the wrong size, we can send you a replacement if the correct size is available, but you will need to pay the postage costs. Please contact [email protected] for details.
Payment is handled by Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account – pay using your credit or debit card, or your Paypal balance. It’s completely secure and Cakes with Faces has no access to your card details.
Delivery within the UK:
UK delivery is only £2.50 for your entire order.
Your order will usually be despatched within 1 working day by First Class Royal Mail. Depending on when you order and service from Royal Mail, you should usually receive your order within two weekdays – or, if you’re really lucky, sometimes even the day after you order! Cushions take a little longer, and will arrive within approximately 3-5 days.
If it’s important that you receive your items by a specific date, contact [email protected] to check, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
If you’re buying a gift, let us know and we’ll put a special note in for them!
Delivery outside the UK is £3.50, and each additional item is £1 extra. The exception is chopping boards, which will cost more to deliver because they’re heavy and made of glass. To check how much delivery will be, add the items to your basket, go to checkout, select your country and click “Calculate”.
Worldwide delivery is by Airmail. It’s exciting to send our items to other countries around the world, so we ship to all countries worldwide, but we cannot be responsible for any customs charges.
Product Damage & Returns
We put a lot of thought and effort into our products and hope you love everything you order from Cakes with Faces.
We pack your items carefully to keep them safe during delivery, and cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to them after posting.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Wash your t-shirts inside out at low temperature to keep them looking brand new for longer. Please don’t iron the print (ironing’s boring anyway!).
If there’s a problem with your item, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible, with details. If the damage is our fault, we will send you a replacement. T-shirts cannot be replaced if damage is caused by wear and tear or washing incorrectly. To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within two weeks of purchase.
