Oh my goodness! So far 141,000 cakes have been made using the Cake Mix, the Cakes with Faces iOS app for iPhone and iPod Touch! If only they were real….

Cake Mix is a free app that lets you make your own cupcake characters with loads of cute accessories like wings, hats, antennae, bows and different coloured cases. You can then save your cakes and use them as wallpaper, or show them off on Facebook or Twitter. The app also comes with a selection of wallpapers featuring Cakes with Faces artwork.
I can’t believe so many cakes have been made! It’s really great to think of people around the world making their own cake characters.
