Cakes with Faces is 10 years old! Time to celebrate!

It started back in October 2011. I can’t believe it’s been 10 years – that sounds like such a long time. And yet at the same time, it feels like this is what I’ve always done.

Thank you so much for supporting Cakes with Faces – it honestly wouldn’t still be here without your support. Cakes with Faces is funded solely through your orders, and without them I wouldn’t be able to continue doing this. And thank you also for all your lovely messages, and all your comments online – they really do help me stay positive and keep me going!

I’m so happy that there are so many people who’ve been following Cakes with Faces for so long, and been part of the story for years. I really do appreciate it and I love our little community!

10th Birthday Pins

To celebrate, there’s a set of four enamel pins featuring classic Cakes with Faces characters and designs.

You might recognise some of these older characters. Snow Lamb’s a character I designed back in 2011, and it’s their first time on a product – so they’re very excited to be jumping (ski-jumping) out of the PC screen into real life.

And the “I’ll give you pain au chocolat” croissant was on one of the t-shirts in my very first range. It’s the only one that’s still going strong – this tough croissant refuses to back down!
